I like cheese cake and if I have unexpected visitors I just use digestive biscuits for the base, place cottage or cream cheese on top and finally add your favourite jam.
Do you like tablet? When I worked as a social Activities Co-ordinator in Nursing Home I made lots of tablet and fudge. I will give you recipes next week
