Spoon into clusters onto greaseproof paper. Leave to set.

Peanut chocolate fudge sauce
Ciao
An Ice cream Sundae
Scoops of any ice cream
A tin of condensed milk 200ml or half a can
100 grams of chocolate
100 grams of smooth peanut butter
3 tablespoons of hot water
Melt chocolate and add to milk. Add peanut butter then water. Mix together and pour over ice cream.
Decorate with salted peanuts.

Donut Bread
Ciao
Donut Eggy Bread
Crack one egg into a dish and add 2 tablespoons of milk, vanilla essence and whisk.
Add some butter to a pan, making sure surface is covered.
Cut a slice of bread in two (triangles).
Dip into eggy mixture.
Fry the bread slowly on both sides.
Place 4 tablespoons of sugar onto a plate and cover the bread in sugar.
Eat with jam, chocolate sauce or on it's own.
Lovely.
Enjoy.

Apricot Tarts

Top 2 rounds of puff pastry(6in) with 5 half arpricots (can use frozen Yorkshire puddings).
Brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 200C - Gas 6 for 10 mins,
Add cream or icecream.

Easy Peasy
Ciao
A quick chocolate croissant
Roll out puff pastry (can be ready made).
Cut into triangles.
Put a square of chocolate in the middle of the triangle (point upwards).
Roll up, turning end in, making a crescent shape.
Coat with beaten egg and stick in the oven.
Delicious.

Hot Peach Toastie

I love toast and peaches.
Melt 15g (1/2oz) unsalted butter. Heat half a can of drained peach slices with 1 tablespoonful of juice. Toast a hot cross bun or any bun or bread roll. Top with peaches and a little cinnamon. Delicious. You can use another fruit.

Pancakes

I love pancakes with cream and jam, or lemon curd. For a savory pancake add sweetcorn and mayonnaise.
Ingredients
110g SR flour
2 eggs
220ml milk
75ml water
a little butter
Place flour, eggs and milk into a bowl and mix to a smooth batter.
Melt butter in a pan and swirl to cover the pan. When hot add one tablespoonful of batter for a small pancake. Cook for a minute each side. Add your filling or just sugar.
