Apricot Tarts

Ciao

Top 2 rounds of puff pastry(6in) with 5 half arpricots (can use frozen Yorkshire puddings).
Brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 200C - Gas 6 for 10 mins,
Add cream or icecream.
