Ciao. As promised. I have a recipe for tablet.
Microwave Tablet
4 ozs butter
4 ozs condensed milk
1 lb caster sugar.
Place in a bowl in microwave and cook at 650 for 4 mins. and stir. Put back in for 4 mins. and still again.
Cook again for 4 mins. then beat for 1 minute. Pour tablet into a greased tin, mark out, then leave to set.
