Puff Candy

Ciao.
Like Puff Candy or Honeycomb crunch? Yummy and easy to make.

Ingredients

10 grams of caster sugar
3 Tablespoonfuls of syrup
Heat the sugar and syrup and swirl it, not stir until it becomes caramelised.
Add one and a half teaspoonfuls of bicarbonate.
Whisk until it look like a golden cloud.
Leave to set for 15 mins.
Eat or place in box or tin lined with a napkin and give as a gift.
