Poached Eggs

Ciao. I love poached eggs.

Perfectly Poached

In 2 ins/5cm of water brought gently to boil add a pinch of salt and dash of vinegar.
Crack open one egg and place in a saucer.
Slip it into the water.
For a medium poached egg leave 4 mins and for a harder one leave 5 mins.
Lift out with slotted spoon and place on buttered toast or muffin or crispbread etc.

Simple, quick and lovely.
